Local Authorized dealer of Polygon Indonesian made bicycles, as well as a few import makers. The showroom is nice and... modern and clean, but no customers, and about five employees. We were specifically interested in the Polygon mid-range bicycles, mid priced models. The service was cold and unfriendly, despite the fact that the girl spoke English. In addition, she would not tell us about any promotions or any sale products. She was only interested to sell the full price product.We then drove over to Wheel Co., about five minutes away. We found a very friendly very busy and very engaged workforce, also with about five employees but with about 15 customers. English was not a problem at all. Prices were displayed only on a few models, but when we clearly stated our specs and budget, they were very clear on pricing and they gave a 5% discount across-the-board from the list price of everything, including accessories. Very wide selection models, including Thrill and Polygon, both Indonesian makers.Although Wheel Co. is a much smaller and local shop, you should absolutely go there for service and price. Avoid Rodalink.read more

Sebegitu tidak helpful ya sama customer. Beberapa bulan lalu saya beli MTB disini, kapan hari ban dalam road bike saya... bocor, berhubung mereka ga jual ban dalam ukuran saya, saya beli di toko lain 200 meter dari toko ini. Di toko tersebut sedang tidak ada teknisi, lalu saya balik kesini untuk minta tolong (tentunya saya siap bayar) untuk bantu pasangin karena tidak ada opsi lain lagi. Dengan alasan tidak bisa pasang sparepart jika tidak beli di toko ini, mereka bersikukuh menolak untuk memasang. Ok lah, saya paham klo sparepart rumit seperti bb, sprocket, rd, fd (ribet, paham). Tapi ini kondisi urgent, ban sepeda saya pecah dan sangat kesulitan mau pulang gmn caranya. Eh malah tetep ga mau bantu, seakan diusir secara halus. Keren deh pelayanannya. Beli MTB berjuta juta, pasang ban dalem (siap bayar) saja g amau, padahal sudah tunggu di depan toko dari sebelum buka sekitar 20 menit lebih. Terima kasih, Jayakarta.read more

Came in to fix a bottom bracket damaged by airline, they fixed it and threw in a full tune up for free. Chatted with a... local who has visited quite a few bike shops on Bali and he said the mechanics here were the most professional. Also one of the few shops open on Sunday. Mostly Trek products. Reading some of the negative reviews, I think the English speaking staff is there because they speak English, not because they know bikes. The local mechanic seemed very knowledgeable and did a good job with my bike repair.read more
