Mampir beli sepeda anak. Cukup lengkap variannya dari harga 900rban (merk salvator) sampe 2jutaan. Untuk sepeda anak,... tersedia merk salvator, polygon, wimcycle, dan pacific. MTB dan sepeda lipat juga ada berbagai jenis. Pengen beli sparepart juga tapi banyak stok yang pas kosong. Overall sih oke dan harga juga ga berat di kantong dan bisa disesuaikan.read more

Convenient Location and super helpful staffs!A month ago i was looking for my first roadbike there, i got assisted by... one of the staff named Arifin, he was very helpful and got plenty of knowledge about roadbikes. Arifin starts by checking the right frame size for my height and inseam, after that he asked which roadbike model that i want, unfortunately the one that i want was out of stock so i left my phone number and hoping it will be back in stock soon.Luckily less than one week after, Arifin called me and tell that the bike was back in stock so i go there and purchased it. The store Consist of all role bike , all... level bike , all range price bike, from the lowest level of kids bike up to downhill world cup winning bike Collosus DH9 team signature. We can also try its product wether you will buy or not. Very warm welcome store crew, helpful and they also answer every single question i had. False information from Google, that the store already open by 7:00, waiting for 1.15 and still no sign of activity,... phone call is not answered, nor any written communication for incoming customer.Then 8.30 2 staffs member are comming and nicely welcome 3 waiting customers.Replacement of rear inner tire done, good service and ftiendly staff.read more

Went there to buy Alba Optics goggles, I had to wait for more than 35 minutes to check the availability in the computer... system and the physical stock.Turns out the one I was looking for (and nearly bought it) was a defect, the staffs doesn’t realize the issue.Most of the staffs even the securities are not friendly and quite snobbish especially the cashier girl. Pretend you to be very busy but in fact they have tons of idle staffs that can help potential customer with their question.The staffs do have a very poor product knowledge, don’t even smile nor approach potential customer, unlike their competitors (Technobike, Specialized Store, etc). Certainly won’t but anything from you guys again, poor service for a large bike brand.read more
