I checked the availability of a hardware that I want to buy on their website. It says they sell it. So I went to the... store immediately. At first, they told me the price on the website is FALSE. It's 20% MORE expensive. I thought it's fine. We have a DEAL on the price. Turns out they DON'T HAVE IT that day. I was told to name the hardware specification via Whatsapp said they'd have it tomorrow afternoon. So I did it the night before. The NEXT DAY they told me they DON'T HAVE IT (they hadn't ordered it yet). Furiously, I went to Cyber Mall. I got the same hardware I need that cost me 20% LESS price. Not only they made me went home empty handed. They made me wait too and told me the false price. The price on the website is the ACTUAL price on the market.read more

They told me to "send a message" on whatsapp if i interested in building a pc, so i did. A reply would be nice, but... they don't even bother to read my message. Based on that alone, i don't recommend anyone outside malang to build a pc here. And after doing some research, they charge you a bit more than other places.But if you're looking for a build recommendation, you should check their youtube channel.read more
