Ini pengalaman nyata dan full pendapt dari saya. Dilayani oleh mas pramuniaga yg masih pakai baju putih-celana hitam... (masih tranning), begitu ramah dan sabar. Tetapi, ketika dilayani oleh bapak pramuniaga yg memakai baju batik, yaitu sudah senior, malah tidak ramah dan tidak sabaran. Tidak ada semangat. Padahal saya beli barang tidak lama, masuk pukul 12.00 keluar pukul 12.05. Apalagi saat saya, membayar di kasir, atas nama Nidya. Tidak tertera barcode/kode. Tetapi pas tanya kode, diberitahu oleh pramuniaga yg tidak ramah, harganya berbeda dari awal. Harga tidak di update dg baik dan pelayanan buruk. Ditambah lagi, saya diminta ngecek sendiri, kode yg tertulis di display serta dibawa barangnya. Itu kan tugas Anda sebagai pramuniaga untuk memastikan harga sesuai antara display dan data. Saran bagi yang punya: pekerjakan karyawan2 yg bermutu. Jika memang sudah merasa senior tetapi kualitas pelayanan menurun, mending dikasih surat peringatan atau malah diganti total saja dg pegawai yg trainning. Saran untuk kasir NADYA dan pramuniaga yg merasa senior: Anggap pekerjaan anda itu sebagai profesi, sehingga tidak setengah2 dlm menjalani. Kalau sekedar kerja, makanya kualitas pelayanan Anda tidak mutu dan jangan harap Anda jadi orang yg mampu mengikuti jaman, segera tertinggal oleh kemajuan jaman. Saling menghargai. Toh, saya jg bekerja dalam bidang jasa, saya mudah tersenyum dan mengucap terima kasih serta maaf jika ada kekeliruan. Kenapa Anda2 yg jg sebagai pelayan jasa, tidak bisa. Terima kasih.read more
