They're an electronics store in that they sell appliances that require electricity...not actual consumer electronics...... If you're appliance shipping then this place is OK, but for anything else you'll be disappointed. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean and well maintained though.read more

Cant say much about the electronics section but the selection of beds is great. Prices are good too. Staff is friendly.... Just disappointed that the delivery didn't happened as promised and had to be postponed to the following day.read more

THE WORST STAFF EVER, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I've been in bali already 5 years, this is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company I... have ever dealt with. There is 30 girls sitting behind a desk, all talking and laughing like kids. I called so many times after I bought an AC unit, only for them to put the phone down while I'm talking and me listening to them having their party. I ended up returning what I bought and getting my money back. They have no training for customer service and have no clue how to do business. I will never ever again spend any money in this store. Why is there no training for customer service in this area?read more

Visited this place many times. Their concept is Japanese Supermarket. Love to buy the food in this place because all... the food are fresh and delicious. My favorite supermarket with my husband. The price also reasonable. And if you come around 9 PM, you will get the discount and very cheap price for every fresh food. Recommended place to visit!read more
