Complete and competitive price computer shop.. but.. the services are not good. I am getting laughed at by the CS... because of my laptop, like what the hell... i know my laptop is not the best, but laughing at the customer in their faces are just.... 10 minutes+ after that, he "working" on my laptop and said its hopeless and i should go back tomorrow to meet the technician. Dude, if you are not the technician then say it. You just waste someone precious time. GOOD WORKS!So.. if you go to the shop AVOID THE BIG GUY WITH SMUG FACES WEARING MSI UNIFORM!!! As an travelling IT; I'm not particularly happy with the service that Prima Computer service and prices. Not only they... had a very bad customer support (playing with their phones or completely ignoring customer) some of them doesn't even know their product very well; but also product they sell are highly overpriced. not mentioning they are very slow at what they are doing. If you are the owner of this shop I recommend you to retrain how your staff work. NOT RECOMMENDED.read more
