Excellent service and great product. From my purchase, I got a free thermal paste upgrade, a mouse and a headset which... is super awesome. The customer service chat on the website is a bit slow and buggy so just use the WA/Line customer service. He also helped me to transfer the files to my USB while repairing the laptop. He finished within 2 days only and now my laptop is working normally.
